This event needed special elements to bring the tradition, opulence and beauty of New Orleans. Jonathan was on a mission, visiting thrift shops all over the city to find cut crystal glassware and mismatched china for the tablescapes, he likes his "Field Trips". 22 guests are taken on a journey through a 5 course dinner while being entertained by a Dixieland Band.
