	TERVELLI ULTRALOUNGE Downtown Kirkland welcomes its very first ultralounge! As the project manager and designer, KWANCHAI resolved pre-existing design issues and brought the client's vision to life. With the owner's aspiration for a Las Vegas inspired lounge in the Pacific Northwest, KWANCHAI designed full-scale mockups of the custom curvaceous platform booth seating, under-lit glowing onyx bar and hand-forged metal table bases. Sparkling light fixtures accentuate the space. 	SOUND VIEW CAFE Sound View Cafe in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market engaged KWANCHAI to design custom casework and revamp the restrooms. Along with providing plan and elevation drawings, the KWANCHAI team created a 3D model Sound View Cafe, allowing the client to fully visualize the proposed designs prior to execution and installation.
	TERRACOTTA RED MODERN ASIAN BISTRO KWANCHAI developed this client's comprehensive corporate identity and interior design concept. After starting with their logo and moving through to signage and menu design, the next phases were interior design, spaceplan layout, furnishing, and lighting. Materials and finishes bring together a rich palette of color and texture which thoughtfully complement the signature cuisine. The re-imagined restaurant is being well received in historic downtown Everett with great reviews and raves from the clientele!
	SKRIVANICH BUILDING Jonathan designed this office building in historic Kirkland. The Market Neighborhood is one of the most historic in the City of Kirkland and has had a significant role in the development of the City starting in the late 1880's. Each architectural piece of the building was designed to celebrate Peter Kirk's historic vision. This was the inspiration!
	EL NORTE LOUNGE El Norte Lounge is now open! Kwanchai created floor plans, elevations and perspective renderings throught the full site selection phase to assess viability and secure city permitting. Once the current location was selected, Kwanchai worked closely with the client to determine exterior facade design, generate interior space planning and create a custom showcase bar. This Latin restaurant and tequila bar brings a modern and sleek presence to the Lake City neighborhood.
	THE WEED BUILDING This prominent two-story historic 1909 building in Columbia City is currently being restored.
	THE FINERIE Known for distinctive style and timeless fashion, The Finerie showcases a sophisticated collection of international designers and exquisite "finery" to accent every outfit. Kwanchai is delighted to provide The Finerie personalized print, event and retail design services, from eye catching print media to inspired event decor and dazzling high profile storefronts.
	PURR COCKTAIL LOUNGE The owner of this Hip neighborhood bar needed some TLC for the bustling Hot-Spot! Kwanchai gave a fresh look to both the main and upstairs' bar areas with the use of new commercial grade carpets. The furniture was also staged throughout the cocktail lounge to allow the patrons of the bar to relax with friends in a cozy setting while still allowing others to freely move around the bar to get their favorite beverage!
	ZEBA SPA Zeba Spa is beautifully located on Fox Island, WA. with views of Puget Sound. When designing the space, it was important to ensure the richness and elegance carried through to it's serene setting. The owner wanted to convey the feeling of being rejuvenated, relaxed and pampered."Our spa is inspired by elements of life where we create a peaceful environment to foster self-care, well-being, and balance."
