KWANCHAI provided a modern refresh for this six bedroom / seven bathroom waterfront home. Outdated fireplaces, old hardware, and harsh lighting were superseded by modernized amenities to accommodate the young family's lifestyle. KWANCHAI transformed the inefficient butler's pantry into a fully functional mudroom to capture the whirlwind of daily activities. An outdoor spa and living space were created for the family to enjoy their 104' of prime waterfront.
